Equipment used: static pressure pile planting machine+power unit
This construction method is suitable for soft formations with N values below 25. The pile material is separately pressed into the ground using the static load through the driving force of the static pressure pile planting machine.
Water jet assisted pressing method
Equipment used: static pressure pile planting machine+power unit+water knife tube drum+high-pressure water pump This construction method is suitable for harder formations with N values above 25. By spraying high-pressure water into the formation at the front end of the pile, the water pressure in the gaps between soil particles instantly increases, making it easier for soil particles to move and reducing the resistance at the pile end. At the same time, it can reduce the peripheral friction resistance and lock mouth resistance of the pile, and use a smaller pressing force for pressing. It can also prevent damage to the pile material. The amount of water sprayed can be adjusted according to the construction conditions to minimize the impact on the formation and achieve efficient pressure construction.
Auger assisted pressing method
Equipment used: static pressure pile planting machine+power unit+spiral drilling device
This construction method utilizes the unique "core removal theory" created by the technical research institute in hard formations such as gravel, pebbles, or rock layers to reduce penetration resistance while drilling with a spiral drill, thereby achieving compaction operations. The "spiral drilling device" linked to the main body of the static pressure pile planting machine minimizes the drilling of the formation directly below the front end of the pile, while suppressing the occurrence of pressing into the ball root and penetrating the pile into the ground. Due to the small amount of soil discharged, it will not damage the surrounding strata and can quickly construct completed piles with strong support. This construction method can be applied to soft rocks such as mudstone, sandstone, granite, etc.
